What is Digital Planning?
Digital planners are interactive PDF files designed to give you the feeling of paper planning on a tablet or device. To use them, you’ll need a note-taking app and a stylus for writing.
Digital planners do not work like calendar apps. They don’t sync with Google Calendar or Samsung Calendar, and they can’t send reminders or notifications.
Which Devices Do I Need to Start Digital Planning?
To start digital planning, you’ll need a tablet and a stylus. Styluses like the Samsung S Pen, Apple Pencil, and Surface Pen offer features such as palm rejection and pressure sensitivity, but they only work with compatible devices. If your device doesn’t support them, there are also universal styluses that work on most touchscreens.
Many Samsung devices support the S Pen, including Galaxy Tab S Series tablets, Galaxy Book devices, Galaxy Note Series, Galaxy S Ultra models, and Galaxy Z Fold devices. If your Samsung phone supports the S Pen, you can also use it for digital planning and PDF editing, even on a smaller screen.
You can also use digital planners on a desktop or laptop if your device supports stylus input or by connecting a drawing tablet.
We recommend downloading our free samples and trying the free templates available in your note-taking app to see if digital planning is right for you.
I Have A Tablet That Doesn't Support S Pen
Some tablets, such as the Galaxy Tab A6 and A7 series, do not support the S Pen. You can still use a universal stylus with these devices, but features like palm rejection and pressure sensitivity may not be available. We recommend checking your stylus features and downloading our free samples to test the experience on your device before purchasing.
Can I Use Digital Planners on My Samsung Phone?
Yes! If your phone supports a stylus, you can use digital planners on your phone for note-taking and PDF editing, even on a smaller screen.
Samsung phones that support the S Pen include the Galaxy Note Series, Galaxy S Ultra models, and Galaxy Z Fold Series. These devices support features such as palm rejection and pressure sensitivity for a smoother writing experience.

Why don't the hyperlinks in my PDF work?
It’s likely because you’re in writing mode. Please switch to reading mode first.
If the hyperlinks still don’t work in reading mode, check your page settings and select “individual pages” instead of “infinite scroll.”
How to Import My Planner into The Note-Taking App?
After downloading, your files will be in your device’s “Downloads” folder. If the file is zipped, simply tap it to unzip it first.
Then open the file with your preferred note-taking app to import and start using it.

How to Add Stickers to The Note-Taking App?
There are three ways to add stickers to your planner or notebook.
If you’re using a sticker book, you can simply copy and paste stickers using the selection tool in split-screen view.
If you have individual PNG stickers, you can import them directly from your device’s gallery.
Some note-taking apps also have a built-in “elements” or stickers feature, where you can upload your sticker files and easily add them from your toolbar while planning.
